Statement of Management Commitment

Auxilius.ai GmbH builds deterministic controls-as-code for enterprise audit and controls functions. Our customers hand us their control logic and their data. Our own information security posture is therefore part of what we sell, not a back-office function.

The management of Auxilius.ai GmbH commits to the following:

1. 1.Maintaining an information security policy and measurable security objectives that align with our business strategy and the deterministic architecture our customers depend on.
2. 2.Building information security requirements into how we design, develop, and operate the platform, rather than adding them after the fact.
3. 3.Providing the people, budget, and tooling the information security management system (ISMS) requires to function.
4. 4.Making clear across the company that effective information security, and conformance to ISMS requirements, are not optional.
5. 5.Holding the ISMS accountable to its intended results and reviewing performance against them.
6. 6.Directing and supporting our team members to contribute to the effectiveness of the ISMS.
7. 7.Driving continual improvement of the ISMS.
8. 8.Supporting managers in carrying information security responsibility within their own areas.
